Unassigns the (card, feature) bundle on each listed card via UnassignService. Returns 404 when a listed card has no membership row. Note: when the distributor's card_assignment_mode is all_cards the card inherits the feature with no membership row, so DELETE either returns 404 (nothing to remove) or succeeds while the card continues to read state: assigned — removing inherited access means switching card_assignment_mode to selected_cards at the distributor tier.
