Shortcut endpoint that creates a default campaign and sends a card to a single recipient. Provide phone (SMS smart link), email (claim-first invite emailed to the recipient, who supplies their phone on a hosted claim page) or both (SMS plus an email copy of the smart link). delivery_method is optional and inferred from the contact fields. Email delivery requires the distributor card to have email invites enabled; otherwise an email-only request is rejected with 422 on the email field and a phone+email request skips the email copy. Requires the create:cards:campaigns scope.
